I use candles occasionally but would use them more if I learned more about their uses.
Yes, even when day-to-day life is too hectic for a full blown ritual, I find I always have time to carve a couple of runes into the wax (to represent my intentions), light the candle and enjoy the magic!
I, too, like using candles as a quick method of magic but I also like to work with the more complex forms of candle magic like dressing and dusting, carving, and loading. Add to that the shaped novelty, knob, and novena candles and you’ve got a lot of spellwork options!
I can’t wait to see this book–it looks fascinating!

Yes, I do! This kind of magic attracts me most.
I practice hoodoo, so yes, candle magic is a large part of that practice.
I wouldnt know jacki if i did not love to use candle magick in my day to day life

I not only do candle magic, I do candle magic with coventry creations candles, particularly the blessed herbal line. I do some ceromancy along with my candles, looking for signs of my spell working in how the candle burns. Coventry candles always give me a great result, so I feel like my spells are better because of it. I’m now getting ready to do my own line of candles and am working with coventry creations to make it happen!
Candle and herb magics were the first two forms of magic I officially learned. Candle magic has a simple elegance and draw that I enjoy.
I’ve done candle magic once to ward off a hateful landlord. Worked…but scared me too!

I do candle magick ALL the time! I also create herbal candles for my customers to assist them in their needs. I’ve maintained that it’s one of THE best magicks you can do for a long time!

Well, a little over a year ago, I did a very powerful candle spell that involved not only the candle itself, but oil & symbols as well. It was a “crossroads” spell. I used the candle, which was burned every night along with a spoken incantation, to “unblock” my path because I was feeling stagnant and was having issues releasing past hurts. It helped, a lot.
I do some candle majick, but would love to do more!
